Since specialty gases can be corrosive or reactive in nature, we carefully match cylinder and valve types in order to protect the integrity of the gas. To ensure gas mixture stability.

Scott:

•   Air Liquide has a world wide strong position in mixtures gases, especially after the acquisition of SCOTT specialty gas.  

Rare Gases:

• Xenon, Krypton, Neon and such mixture gases fall within the scope of rare gases according to the AL product definition.

Industrial Gases:

• Helium and helium mixtures for industrial processes such as lasing gases, welding shield gases and diving gases are not included within the scope of Specialty Gas, they are considered industrial gases.  

Chemical:

• Airliquide provides a wide variety of cylinders selected to meet specific customer needs.  

• In that we produce many gases with widely varying chemical characteristics, appropriate package offerings must be  based on several key criteria.
